9 Internet Famous Dogs You Need to Be Following

These Dogs Prove You Don't Have to Be a Cat to Become Famous Online

For the longest time, cat videos and photos have dominated the web. It was assumed that cat people are naturally inclined to spend more time inside while dog people are more outgoing and spend less time online, suggesting this was probably the reason why the Internet seemed to favor cats over dogs.

The common house cat is still arguably the number one chosen animal of the Internet, but dogs are right behind them, and not that far off. Perhaps the reason behind more dog-related content being posted and passed around the web has to do with the fact that dog people can still go out and be adventurous while still being able to access the Internet wherever they are from their smartphones. Or maybe it's because we're sharing more visual content than ever before.

Just like Grumpy Cat and all the other famous cats out there on the Internet, there are now dogs who are becoming big stars online too. Here are just 10 of the most adorable and unique looking dogs of the Internet who have millions of loyal fans and followers on social media.
