Dell Wyse (previously called Wyse Technology before Dell purchased the company in 2012) is a computer technology company that manufactures thin client computers.

Ever since Dell acquired Wyse, they've been at work migrating and integrating most of the relevant information into Dell's existing site.

The company's original website is still online and located at, but it's not fully operational given that most of the links point to Dell's website.

Dell Wyse Support

Dell Wyse provides technical support for their products through an online support website, but the page you should visit depends on whether or not your Wyse hardware has a Dell service tag or serial number.

Tip: See this Dell Wyse Products page if you're not sure how to check for a service tag or serial.

If the hardware does have a service tag, you can get support for the Wyse product through Dell's website:

Visit Wyse Support on Dell's website

If there isn't a Dell service tag, use the support page on Wyse's website:

Dell Wyse Driver Download

Dell provides an online source to download drivers for Dell Wyse hardware on their own website:

Wyse provides a download repository as well:

For Dell Wyse hardware that include a service tag, please use Dell's website to search for the product, after which you can see all the available downloads for that specific device, including any device drivers:

Download Wyse drivers on Dell's website

If you can't seem to find the right driver for your Dell Wyse hardware through Wyse's or Dell's website, try using one of these other places to download drivers.

Another good source for drivers is through a free driver updater program, which is a tool that can check for outdated or missing drivers and then download and install them for you.

Do you have a device driver ready to be installed for your Dell Wyse device but not sure what to do with it? See How to Update Drivers in Windows for easy driver update instructions.

Dell Wyse Product Manuals

Many of the user guides, instructions, reference manuals, and other documentation for Wyse hardware are available on Dell's website:

You might also have some luck pulling up a Wyse product manual from Wyse's website:

If you can't find the correct manual or other documentation from those two links, or if you have a service tag on your hardware, use this link on Dell's website to search for the device and download the proper documentation:

Note: Most of the manuals you see through these support links are available in PDF format.
